Ramya Balakrishna is currently Managing Director at Peaksphere and is responsible for smooth functioning of the organization and also oversees the Accounting & Financial aspects for Peaksphere. Ramya has previously worked with The Teacher Foundation (formerly known as Shraddha Trust) as Head Finance.

In her over a decades of professional experience, she has successfully concluded several projects and resolved tax disputes through Mutual Agreement procedures. Ramya brings in sound understanding of various concepts of Accounts & HR.

In her role as the Head of Finance, she had full responsibility on the financial accounting function of the company. Ramya had anchored process improvement and automation initiatives.

Ramya is a CMA Inter from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. She holds a Postgraduate degree from Mysore University & Diploma from TISS in NGO Accounting.

Ramya holds one more feather as Certified Master Trainer from Indian Academy of Training and Development (IATD). She trained & motivated young adults and corporate employees to think, question, learn and push the boundaries of their own comfort zones towards success and personal fulfilment.
